I think I loved Jamie so much because he’s the kind of celebrity you’d see on Facebook or YouTube and you’d probably judge him as a bit of a bitch. However, beneath the fluro hair, the ever changing eye colours, and the perfect makeup is a vulnerable, freckle faced young man who’s scared to risk his heart. And what will happen when they break up? How will the fans react? So when I read the blurb for this book, it was kind of a no brainer for me. My daughter is obsessed with these YouTube celebrities who somehow have ridiculous numbers of followers just hanging out to watch them do…whatever it is they do.
